The Garnets dominated the rivalry game on defense, holding Harrison scoreless for the first time this season.

The Garnets avenged back-to-back losses to their hated archrival Harrison with a dominant 24-0 win against the Huskies – Rye’s most decisive shutout in the rivalry since 1957.

On a picturesque fall afternoon with a standing room only crowd at Nugent Stadium, the Garnets put on a defensive clinic, keeping Harrison out of the redzone and holding the Huskies to their fewest points this season.

Senior captain Chris Iuliano returned to the gridiron after a two-game absence from a concussion by rushing for two touchdowns.
